Alisa Sadikova was born in St. Petersburg, Russia. In 2010 she entered the Special Music School of the Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatory in St. Petersburg, where she began her harp studies with Karina Maleeva. She was a Salvi Foundation scholar and studied with Catherine Michel at the Cambridge Musica Mundi High School in Belgium. In 2025, she earned her Bachelor of Music degree (harp) from The Juilliard School and is currently pursuing her Master of Music degree under the guidance of Nancy Allen. She is a recipient of the Kovner Fellowship at Juilliard, a prestigious program offering comprehensive academic and financial support. Her previous accolades include the Guzik Foundation Scholarship (2021–2025) and the Jerome L. Greene Fellowship (2024–2025).
Sadikova has won numerous competitions, including the Yuri Temirkanov Prize (2012), Young Talents of Russia (2017), the Scandinavian International Instrumental Music Competition (2023), and the Clara Schumann International Competition (2023). She has performed as a soloist with orchestras across five continents, in more than 25 countries, at venues such as Carnegie Hall, the Vienna State Opera, and the Tonhalle in Zurich. Additionally, she has participated in the World Harp Congresses in Sydney (2014) and Hong Kong (2017).
She has collaborated with internationally renowned artists, such as Sarah Brightman, and toured worldwide as part of the “Royal Christmas Gala”. She has released five international albums, including her most recent solo album, Harp Constellation (2023), which received critical acclaim. Among other honors, she has been awarded an individual grant from the Vladimir Spivakov Foundation (2015), as well as a study grant from the Guzik Foundation (2021–2025).
Her artistry has been widely praised by the press: Classical FM described her performance as "incredibly beautiful musicality," while BBC Classical Music Magazine wrote: "I remain amazed every time I hear her play; only a genius can do what she does."
She is an official artist and ambassador for Lyon & Healy and the Salvi Foundation.
